the product quality is good no digestive issues and no other problems. pr isko normal pine me bahut problem hoti he. aap isko shaker me Pani ke sath Shake krte he to foam banane lgta he. isliye normal mix kro or kuch natural sweet ka use kro. like Jagry and honey. ese to isko pina bahut muskil hota he.

Powder is too fine, mixability is good but creates foam if mixed too much. It is unflavoured so I take it with flavoured creatine and sometimes mix it with food.
