"l glutamine"
I tried Nutrabay Glutamine mainly for recovery and gut comfort. It mixes easily, is tasteless, and I noticed less soreness and felt a bit better between workouts. Its not a miracle supplement, but it does support recovery when used consistently along with a good diet.22 Jun'25

"First time trying, revolutionary stuff."
I dont have a yardstick to compare the quality since its my first time but yes, my gut feels marginally better after only three days of supplementation. I also crave less sugar, now I follow a cardio heavy workout regime and can say without any doubts that this does increase my endurance significantly.9 Apr'26
