FAQs
What is the Glutamine content per serve?
Nutrabay Pure Series L-Glutamine contains 5 g of pure L-Glutamine per 5 g serving.
Does it contain any additives?
Nutrabay Pure Series L-Glutamine provides pure L-Glutamine free from artificial additives, colours, flavours or sweeteners.
How is L-Glutamine beneficial for athletes and bodybuilders?
Nutrabay Pure Series L-Glutamine provides supportive muscle recovery. This amino acid is present in our skeletal muscles, and an intense workout can deplete the levels of glutamine. Therefore, a constant supply of glutamine is necessary for muscle growth, post-exercise muscle recovery, rebuilding muscle tissue, reducing muscle soreness, strengthening the gut and immune health.
What is the best time to take L-Glutamine?
One can take Nutrabay Pure Series L-Glutamine at any time of the day, preferably post-workout or bedtime, for muscle recovery.
