Well its too good I have using this product for 6.5 months I am getting very much noticable changes on my skin hair in my opinion you should buy on top of that its good in taste but if you shake it and drink it the last part in the end you will feel like you are drinking sands which you will feel tongue but its covered my taste no issues."good"
