    "My favorite protein by taste"

    I've been using whey for more than a year and all kinds of protein..but a while back , I was talking to chatgpt and it told me about Casein protein.. So I searched it on my fav. brand (Nutrabay) website and found it there..Decided to give it a try for bed time protein shake and then i ordered it..okay so first few days i tried mixing it with water and I was having hard time, lot of foam and all , not mixing properly and i was disappointed then I asked chatgpt again and it suggested mixing in milk .. I tolerate milk nicely being an indian, have been drinking milk everyday since I was born, literally since then.. anyways..I tried mixing it with milk and to my surprise, it was so so easy, I put milk in my shaker and then i mix it using a spoon and then after i close the shaker and milking move it in circles and it mixes perfectly and gives me a awesome creamy tasty milk shake ( I never take sugar ever, I hate sugar you should also try quitting sugar , within a week you'll realize u never needed it) anyways..its now my fav. protein. Very Highly Recommended.

    "perfect casein"

    only casein . no flavours, no sweeteners. all perfect. Best for before bed meal for slow absorption.
