I found this soy protein isolate surprisingly tasty when mixed with milk. What I really like is that its just pure soy protein isolate no artificial flavours or unnecessary additives which makes it an excellent option in this budget range.23 Jan'26
"Too good to miss"
The only disadvantage this has over whey is slightly lower bioavailability and delayed absorption. But neither of those should matter to you unless you are an elite bodybuilder. A note on the taste. It will taste beany and chalky if taken with plain water or milk. But you can make it extremely tasty and healthier by adding peanut butter (1 tsp), cocoa powder (1tsp), oats (40gms), milk (250 ml), water, (100ml), chia seeds (1 tsp), half a banana, and a dash of honey or sugar. This will amount to at least 42-45 grams of protein, lots of dietary fibre, superb taste. Try it. Don't miss out on this because you don't like the taste.11 Nov'25
