When can it be consumed?
Early Morning, Between Meals, Pre / Post Workout, At Bedtime
How to consume:
- Add 200-250ml of water or a beverage of your choice to a shaker
- Add 1 heaping scoop of powder (30g approx.)
- Shake well until it is completely mixed
- Consume immediately
Consume 1-2 servings per day or as advised by the dietician.
TIP: Use glass instead of a shaker if excessive frothing occurs. Pour liquid first and then add the powder to reduce the formation of lumps.

taste not pleasant but you get used to it
its very very pocket friendly, as I am on a strict budget. nice amount of protein and bcaa..very nice premium ...only downside is taste and it doesn't dissolve in water , so I add it to half glass milk and water on top and then after few shakes it dissolves well..so i am very happy with this product. will buy again

Pros:
-Nice protein amount
-Affordable
Cons:
Foaming happens when taken with only water
(You can stop it by adding little bit of milk with the water)
