Packaging - 4/5 Delivery in non-metro - 4 days Product - GENUINE Don't want to write more about the product as it's been widely reviewed. But ON is a brand that has always worked for me over all the years during all my fat-loss phases. I usually order the Chocolate Supreme Casein and Vanilla/Double Rich Chocolate Whey. I use the whey in the morning as a part of a high fiber breakfast and the casein as a part of my dinner. Both the whey and the casein have not caused me any digestive issue, bloating or rancid burping, although I have even used them like even 2-3 months after the best-before date. Couple of things, ** Please mix ON products in water (room temperature) first and then mix them if your are planning to mix them with hot water or warm milk. ** CASEIN will lump up if you add anything hot to it directly. ** Taking CASEIN before bedtime will make you feel fuller till the next morning.

My first time trying a Casein supplement, so I don't have a baseline to compare with. 1. Functionality: Yes, does what is intended and supplements my daily protein intake well. I now use it in conjunction with whey to meet my protein and workout performance goals. 2. Mix: Since I have it before bedtime, I use water and not milk as the mixer. Mixes well with water in a blender, with a little head of froth. (1 scoop in 400ml cold water). 3. Taste (Chocolate): Went for the conservative option since this was my first time using a supplement. Doesn't taste bad at all, to be honest (might even say it tastes good sometimes). Decently chocolatey without overpowering sweetness, so it goes down in one gulp if you'd like to. However, the metallic aftertaste is quite prominent once you are down to the last quarter of your tub. Overall: 8/10 - Can't go wrong with this one. Does its job and tastes decent enough that I am on to the second tub already.

Combination of whey and casein protein. Either 60/40 or 50/50 is pefect for long time recovery after a intense workout. It helps you even on low carb diet. Try both proteins together.

Product delivered by Nutrabay was genuine. That's why I only trust nutrabay for authentic supplements. As far as this product is concerned, don't buy it for taste. Since it has less sugar, taste is not good, however I'm not very bothered about taste. Apart from that, if you need casein protein, then this one is a good option.

Great bed time protein. Works also best if you suffer from nighttime cravings as it keeps you full. Take L-carnitine with it if you are on a fat loss diet.
