Simply wow... this is the second brand i tried, and i am impresed with the performance, taking two times in a day one serving post workout and one at night and i experience atleast 80% less soarness in comparison to earlier. Ultimately that lead to good performance in the gym. Give it a try and you will be amazed to see the results.

this is good product, main thing is its very fine powder and easily dissolvable in water, protein shake and even in milk. can't comment much on the effects and impact now
