Early Morning, Between Meals, Pre / Post Workout, At Bedtime
How to consume:
- Add 200-240ml of water or milk to a shaker
- Add 1 heaping scoop of powder (38 g approx.)
- Shake well until it is completely mixed
- Consume immediately
Consume 1-2 servings per day or as advised by the dietician.
TIP: Use a glass instead of a shaker if excessive frothing occurs. Pour liquid first and then add the powder to reduce the formation of lumps. You can adjust the intensity of flavour by slightly varying the amount of liquid to prepare it.

The one thing I Likes in this product is The Security Scrach card . You can check this scrach card number in nutrabay app and It is ssecured beacuse its also tells How many times thies security code is Checked on nutrabay .
