It's a really good quality product. I was skeptical at first regarding how the fibre would react with milk/water, and if it would impact mixability (because fibre usually tends to thicken and make a mess). But I have been drinking this protein with milk and it tastes great and mixes very well. It is slightly heavier than some of the other proteins out there, but that heavy feeling is definitely worth the fact that it is super easy on the stomach.
