Well here is thing I have been using on for almost a year now, n I regularly order product from nutrabay, 
First things first- Delhivery delivery sucks
They called me n told delivery would be late so I myself have to go n pick up product from office,
Secondly the seal on the cap wasn't needed to be removed as half of it was already opened from the cap , & it came off along with the cap which wasn't neede to be open even, well don't expect that from nutrabay, half of powder has been spilled & I guess the product is tampered, as there is no seal inside of ON box and can been easily weared off, most of the box was empty
Really a pathetic service this time I would better liked to be exchanged & there seems to be no option for doing it

Initially it was a matter of concern to purchase an important item such as the ON WPI owing to the circulation of Counterfeited products in the market. the matter became more hyper when its online. relying on online portal was difficult for me at first. But finally i made the choice to go for Nutrabay  for the purchase to give it a try. I was in a delusion at first. but when i got the box, all worries disappeared. Excellent packaging done in a simplistic manner and Out-of-the-Box instructions were really helpful. I ordered ON Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Isolate 5LBs Double Rich Chocolate on 01.08.2018 and received on 08.08.2018. The packaging was very good, product is completely genuine. But the delivery was a bit slow. The price has increased a lot, so I would like to request Nutrabay to keep the price on the lower side if possible. Price increased from Rs.5711 to Rs.6390. I also got free gym gloves which I have uploaded a picture of.

i got genuine product as nutrabay is known for its genuine products but there is one con i would like to point out in my box of protein their is no scoop in it so this makes me worry a little,else every thing is perfect.

This was my #2 Order after 1 year. My #first order was in July 2017 and that time I was not sure about from where to order my #1st ever protein supplement.
