Recommeded Usage:

Step 1. Add: 50g high protein oats + 250 ml of cold or warm water or milk in a bowl.
Step 2: Mix: Stir Well. Choose your favourite toppings like fruits, nuts, dried fruits, seeds, honey or cinnamon powder.
Step 3: Enjoy: Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes for a warm meal or at least 10 minutes for a cold meal until your desired consistency is reached.
