Radhika Madan recently switched to a vegan lifestyle.

Radhika begins her day with a glass of lukewarm water; she does not follow a specific diet but only ensures that her plate is full of healthy and nutritious food. She prefers a low-fat diet and invariably stays hydrated. For snacks, her first preference is makhanas or foxnuts. Alcohol and sugary beverages are a big no-no for her.

Radhika eats her dinner before 8 pm. She avoids junk foods but prefers a cheat day once every week.

Radhika is a big fan of kickboxing. She begins her day with a 45-minute walk within the room followed by 4 minutes of Tabata. Tabata is a form of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that is superb for stimulating fat loss and improving endurance. It includes eight rounds of 20 seconds of strenuous exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.

She underwent rigorous training to play her role as a martial artist. Radhika Madan also enjoys practicing silk or aerial yoga to tone up her core muscles.
